Want To Have A Vacation To Nightlife In Bandung? Requirements For Pocketing Antigen Results
JAKARTA - The Department of Culture and Tourism (Disbudpar) of Bandung City requires tourists and visitors to nightclubs to show a negative certificate of the antigen rapid test.
The Head of Disbudpar for Bandung City, Dewi Kenny Kaniasari, said that the policy refers to circular number 440 / SE.149-Bag.Huk concerning Health Protocols for People Travel During the 2020 Christmas Holidays, New Year 2021 and the Prohibition of New Year's Celebration and Prevention of Crowd crowds.
"Because it is a tourist destination, it is mandatory. Moreover, it is risky, such as a nightclub," said Kenny in Bandung, West Java, as reported by Antara Thursday, December 24.
He did not deny that the implementation of the health protocol in a number of nightclubs is still not optimal. Therefore, with the presence of a negative letter, the antigen rapid test is expected to be able to suppress the transmission of COVID-19.
He said that from December 24 until New Year's Eve 2021, Bandung City Disbudpar will deploy a joint team that will oversee the implementation of health protocols in nightclubs.
If a health protocol violation is found, the joint team from the Bandung City COVID-19 Task Force will take firm action, starting from sealing to revoking operational permits.
"I say this is for the sake of Bandung. If someone is still stubborn, we do 'shock therapy' by sealing it. After all, the seal is temporarily closed. But if it continues to be naughty we will revoke the permit. I have also coordinated with Satpol PP," he said.
The Bandung City Government has firmly prohibited any euphoria on New Year's Eve 2021 celebrations which caused large crowds.
Deputy Mayor of Bandung, Yana Mulyana, said that if a crowd is found, his party will immediately disperse it. In fact, his party can also apply sanctions to violators.
