Repsol Honda 'Implements' The Self-Paddock, Uploads Videos That Are Believed To Make Marc Marquez Uncomfortable

JAKARTA - Repsol Honda has chosen Joan Mir as Marc Marquez's tandem in MotoGP 2023. He replaces Pol Espargaro who returns to KTM.

Honda's decision made a number of parties doubt whether Marquez could cooperate with Mir. Understandably, both of them have the same ambition, namely to become world champions.

Recently, rumors emerged that Marquez had an intention to leave. He is reportedly not happy with the development of the Honda RC213V motorcycle.

Another issue, the atmosphere in the Honda paddock has started to heat up with the competition of Marquez and Mir. In fact, Honda is increasingly heating up the situation by uploading a video that is considered to make The Baby Alien uncomfortable.

The video posted on Instagram shows Mir getting a package that reads "For the World Champion". The package contains an album that stores photos of MotoGP world champions from Honda and its years.

Starting from Mick Doohan, Alex Creville, Valentino Rossi and Marc Marquez.

After opening the package, Mir then changed his clothes to Repsol Honda clothes. He then took a selfie and put the photo on a new page on the album.

The Spaniard later wrote, "Mir, 2023". The article means he will become the 2023 MotoGP world champion with Honda.

The former Suzuki racer then commented on Honda's upload which has been liked by more than 16 thousand Instagram users.

"Ready to fight and keep this color," commented Mir.

In another upload, Honda also showed a brief interview with Mir. The rider said he was happy to be joining Repsol Honda and was optimistic that he could achieve success with his new team.

"I like how it works here. I'm trying to adapt to this new challenge by becoming more optimistic about the new vehicle in my team.
