JAKARTA - The traffic accident that happened to a 20-year-old woman in India's capital Delhi on January 1, caused a stir in the country.

The woman just returned from work in the early hours of the morning after New Year's celebrations. He brought a scooter that collided with a car.

There were five people in the car. Worse, the car continued to walk 10 km while dragging the woman's body.

The family doesn't just believe that the victim died in an accident. They suspect the victim was harassed first because of his naked condition when he was found.

But Indian police dismissed the dugaan.
