Again Fill Petrol At Makassar Gas Station, Ojol Driver Becomes Victim Of Mobile Theft

MAKASSAR - The perpetrator of the cellphone theft was caught by a CCTV surveillance camera at a gas station on Jalan Gunung Bawakaraeng, Makassar, South Sulawesi. The victim, Ha, is an online motorcycle taxi (ojol) driver.

"The fuel was stopped at around 6:00 p.m., before sunset," said the victim's younger brother, Arni, when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, December 23.

This CCTV video of the cellphone thief is spread on social media. The victim, with the initials Ha, was just finishing taking passengers from Jalan AP Pettarani, Makassar. Ha then stopped at the gas station on Jalan Gunung Bawakaraeng, to fill up gas.

"He lives on (Jalan) Mount Lokon, he stopped by, filled up gas at Bawakaraeng," he said.

Victim Ha, at that time kept his cellphone in the motorcycle seat. The victim did not realize that the thief had taken his cellphone. Ha just realized after filling gas. The victim then asked to check via CCTV at the gas station.
