In addition to the first rank in the 'Top Impovers' category by YouGov, the DANA digital wallet also recorded a positive growth rate towards the end of 2022.
The digital financial ecosystem that is increasingly commonly used by users in daily transactions is shown by the increase in the average number of daily transactions in the DANA application by 160.30% in November 2022 (YTD) or a total of 16.4 million transactions.
Users' habit of digital transactions to make money transfer transactions also increased significantly, amounting to 323.46% in November 2022 (YTD).
Various other flagship features also recorded a significant increase, including payment of QRIS of 374.25%, payment of bills of 172.47%, and digital gold purchase transactions of 262.87%.
This indicates the increasing level of user confidence in utilizing DANA as a safe, comfortable, and trusted modern financial service.
"The potential that is born from technological developments is an opportunity for PJP to continue to innovate in providing services that will ultimately accelerate financial literacy and inclusion in Indonesia," said Rangga Wiseno, Chief of Product of DANA Indonesia, in a statement received in Jakarta.
The achievement obtained by DANA in 2022 is one indicator of increasing public acceptance of digital transformation, and is one of the driving forces for DANA to continue to contribute in accelerating the acceleration of financial literacy and inclusion in Indonesia.
