Then, recently getting acquainted, the two suspects invited the victim to meet."The victim was picked up after an appointment to meet, after being picked up and taken to the TKP. Then at the TKP, the two suspects took turns having sex," said AKBP Iman during a press conference at the Police Headquarters, Cibinong, Bogor, Antara, Monday, January 2.Apart from having sex with the victim, the two suspects also committed violence and brought valuables belonging to the victim, then left the victim in the bushes.For their actions, MD and S were charged with multiple articles, namely Article 6 Letter B of Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence, Article 76E in conjunction with Article 82 Paragraph 1 of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection and Article 340 in conjunction with 53 of the Criminal Code Article 338 in conjunction with 53 of the Criminal Code and Article 365 of the Criminal Code."From the law, the two suspects are threatened with a minimum sentence of five years in prison and a maximum of 15 years in prison," he also said.Previously, residents of Klapanunggal, Bogor Regency were shocked by the findings of young women in the bushes on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. The teenager is known to have the initials AR (14), a resident of Gunung Putri.When found, AR wore a t-shirt and sarong in a weak condition.
