The Number Of Passengers At Lombok Capai Airport Is 1.9 Million In 2022

PRAYA - PT Angkasa Pura I Lombok International Airport, West Nusa Tenggara, noted that Lombok Airport served 1,979,767 passengers throughout 2022, an increase compared to 1,079,196 passengers in 2021.

"Passengers at Lombok Airport have increased by 83.4 percent," said General Manager of PT Angkasa Pura I Lombok Airport Rahmat Adil Indrawan as quoted by Antara, Sunday, January 1.

He said his party together with the Department of Transportation and the NTB Provincial Tourism Office welcomed the arrival of the first passenger who landed at Lombok Airport, Sunday, January 1 morning, with a typical Lombok weaving scar and souvenirs for passengers.

"This inaugural passenger reception is a form of welcome in Lombok as well as our appreciation to airport and flight crew service users. We hope that in 2023 the conditions of the aviation world and the tourism industry can recover and bounce back," he said.

This first passenger welcoming activity was carried out in the area of arrival at Lombok Airport.

In addition to welcoming passengers, in the lobby of the Lombok Airport terminal, live music was also held to entertain passengers who were leaving and had just arrived at Lombok Airport.
