Sri Lankan Foreigner Stabbing Women's Killer In Tangerang Is Threatened With Death Toll
TANGERANG - The police have named three perpetrators of the murder of a woman with butterfly tattoos as suspects. Determination of the suspect against the perpetrator was carried out after undergoing a fairly complicated examination process because the perpetrator was not cooperative.
The three perpetrators had the initials RSH, AN and MK. RSH is a foreign citizen (WNA) from Sri Langka.
"We have raised the status of the investigation from the evidence we found. We have named 3 people as suspects," said the Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho to reporters, Friday, December 30.
Zain again explained that the body of Lis Sugiarti (49) was found in the Cisadane River, Tangerang City, on Wednesday, December 14, at 19.30 WIB. After being evacuated, the victim was immediately taken to the Tangerang Regency Hospital.
The body was taken for the process of identifying the external post-mortem and an autopsy was carried out. The results revealed that the victim died from blunt force violence on the neck to clog the victim's breath.
"The results of the autopsy on the lips, neck, temples, back, and arms, and nose were bruises and then there was also blood absorption on the right and left neck muscles, then also the right chest muscles, then there were fractures prone to ribs and stern bones," he said.
"It can be concluded that the cause of death of this person was due to blunt force in the neck that clogs the airway, causing the person to die weakly," he continued.
Based on this information, the police conducted a crime scene (TKP) and investigated until finally receiving a report from the South Tangerang Police that the victim had been missing since Thursday, December 8.

"Initially SRH was not cooperative, but after being shown the evidence collected finally admitted his actions," he said.
In the perpetrator's confession, Zain revealed that this Srilangka foreigner killed the victim, because he wanted to control Elis Sugiarti's property. Then the stolen goods were sold to collectors in the Solo area, Central Java.
It is known that the items that have been taken by Srilangka foreigners are HRV cars and rotational hours.
The motive for this murder is to control the victim's valuables. Be it in the form of a Honda HRV car or a Rolex watch belonging to the victim," he said
Knowing that the stolen goods were sold to collectors in the Solo area, the Tangerang Metro Police Criminal Investigation Team immediately moved quickly to catch the collector. As a result, the two custodians got the initials AM and MK.
For foreigners charged with Articles 340, 338, 365 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code with the threat of the death penalty. Meanwhile, the Constitutional Court and Am were charged with Article 480 of the Criminal Code concerning the threat of four years in prison.
