The Central Jakarta Traffic Unit (Satlantas) has not confirmed the legal status of RMP (43), a man riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle who hit an elderly woman (elderly) to death in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday afternoon, December 27.

When asked about the legal process of the incident, the Head of the Central Jakarta Traffic Unit (Kasatlantas) Kompol Purwanta said that until now RMP was still undergoing treatment at the hospital due to injuries falling from his motorbike.

Meanwhile, Head of Traffic Unit for Central Jakarta, AKP Sutiyono, said that the perpetrator had been arrested by his party.

"Just secured first after being handled by the medical team from the RSCM. No information has been asked," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the Central Jakarta Traffic Unit (Satlantas) secured the perpetrator with the initials RMP (43) a Harley Davidson big motorbike rider who hit a female pedestrian in the Menteng area, Central Jakarta.

The victim was a pedestrian named Sugiyem (63), a resident of Cikondang Village, RT 05/05, Kunci Village, Sidareja District, Cilacap Regency.
