For The Sake Of The Indonesian National Team, Marc Klok Must Be Away From His Family At Christmas: I Promise To Bring Home Awards
JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team midfielder, Marc Klok, is aiming for victory against Brunei Darussalam. He will present the victory as a Christmas gift to his family.
The Indonesian national team played the second match of Group A of the 2022 AFF Cup against Brunei Darussalam, Monday, December 26. Both teams will compete at the KLFA Stadium, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This forced Klok to leave his family during the 2022 Christmas celebration. He also promised to bring gifts to his family upon his return from Malaysia.
"Of course being with your family will be fun. But, I promise to my family when I get home to bring gifts," said Klok, as reported by Antara, Sunday, December 25.
As is known, the national team group departed for Malaysia on Saturday, December 24, using a charter plane. Players who celebrate Christmas are forced not to be able to gather with their families.
Arriving in Malaysia, the players also immediately prepared themselves to undergo official training at the Kuala Lumpur Stadium field, Sunday afternoon. Players look calm, especially in the match later will get great support from the national team supporters.
