Thiago Silva And Tammy Abraham Bring Chelsea Back To Victory Path
JAKARTA - Thiago Silva and Tammy Abraham led Chelsea back to winning ways by silencing West Ham United 3-0 in Week 14 of the Premier League at Stamford Bridge Stadium, London, Monday local time (Tuesday WIB).
Silva opened Chelsea's lead in the first 10 minutes of the match before Abraham snatched up two late goals to back up the win, Antara noted on the official Premier League website.
Chelsea returned to winning ways after losing their last two matches and Frank Lampard's side jumped up to fifth in the standings with 25 points, while West Ham (21) stuck to 10th.

The ambition to put an end to a bad trend had been visible since their early football for Chelsea, but their goal was conceded first in the seventh minute when Declan Rice received a free kick, outwitting goalkeeper Edouard Mendy and scoring.
However, the linesman had already raised his flag for offside, and referee Chris Kavanagh agreed with the decision in consultation with VAR.
Three minutes later, Chelsea took the lead when Silva slipped through to head home a Mason Mount corner to find the visitors' net.
In the 16th minute, it was Chelsea's goal scored by Abraham which was disallowed because the ball was declared out of the field before being sent as a bait by Cesar Azpilicueta.
Throwing goals seemed to be the main theme of the first half match, because in the 29th minute Jarrod Bowen managed to score the ball into Chelsea's goal but his goal was not approved because it was believed that there had been a violation in the attack process.
Two minutes from half-time, Timo Werner had a good chance after receiving a cross from Christian Pulisic, but the expensive German striker's finish was too straight into the arms of goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski.
West Ham entered the second half with a big mission to equalize but two of their attempts went wide and another from Pablo Fornals was cleared by Azpilicueta who put the body in front of goal.
This failure recently had to be paid handsomely, because West Ham's goal was broken into twice by Abraham in the space of three minutes.

Abraham doubled Chelsea's lead in the 78th minute after he escaped the offside trap due to Aaron Cresswell's late move to finish Werner's pass.
Two minutes later Abraham is in the right position to grab a ball from Pulisic's puking header which Fabianski tucks.
Chelsea actually had the opportunity to continue to stay away but Werner's shot two minutes from the time of the dispersal hit the crossbar so that the final score of the Blues' victory remained 3-0.
This result makes David Moyes now have two of the most unlucky stadiums in his career, namely Stamford Bridge and Anfield, because he has never led his team to win in 16 trips to each of these stadiums.
Moyes will next lead West Ham to host Brighton & Hove Albion at the London Olympic Stadium on Sunday, December 27), a day after Chelsea have played a series of Boxing Day matches at Arsenal headquarters.
