Central Kalimantan Attorney General's Office Saves State Money IDR 211.62 Billions During 2022
JAKARTA - The Central Kalimantan High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati Kalteng) managed to save state money amounting to IDR 211.62 billion from January until the end of 2022.
"The total funds were collected from corruption crimes of Rp. 11.06 billion and civil Rp. 200.56 billion," said Head of the Central Kalimantan Attorney General's Office (Kajati) Pathor Rahman, quoting Antara, Saturday.
He explained that throughout 2022, the Special Crimes Division (Pidsus) at the investigation stage completed 20 of 37 cases or 80 percent, the pre-prosecution completed 27 of 28 cases or 96.43 percent.
Furthermore, the prosecution completed 18 of 33 cases or 54.55 percent, and the execution of the convict completed 45 of 46 cases or 97.83 percent. Meanwhile, the tax case settles one of one case or 100 percent.
The Civil and State Administration (Datun) case in the civil litigation case completed 8 out of 15 cases or 53.3 percent, civil non-ligation completed 249 out of 421 cases or 59.14 percent, TUN litigation completed 2 out of 2 cases or 100 percent, and legal considerations resolved 66 out of 179 cases or 36.8 percent and legal services throughout Central Kalimantan carried out 452 activities.
"In the field of development, budget absorption reached Rp113.78 billion from the budget allocation of Rp120.23 billion or 94.64 percent, and Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) exceeded the target of Rp11.99 billion, realized Rp13.46 billion or 112.27 percent," he also said.
The Intelligence Division in the application for securing strategic development managed to complete 3 of the 5 applications with a budget value of Rp44.9 million, legal counseling was realized 3,790 out of 3,220 people or 117.7 percent, legal information was realized 75 out of 38 agencies/institutions or 197.3 percent, security of the wanted list (DPO) was realized 5 of the target 2 people or 250 percent, and asset tracing was realized 6 out of 5 activities or 120 percent.
The General Crimes Division (Pidum), cases through restorative justice, resolved 40 of the 47 cases or 85.10 percent, the criminal case at the SPDP stage resolved 2,075 out of 2,132 cases or 97.32 percent, the prosecution completed 1,899 cases out of 1,986 cases or 95.47 percent, the prosecution completed 1,863 cases or 93.05 percent and the execution of the convict completed 1,723 out of 1,718 cases or 100.29 percent.
"The Supervision Sector has successfully completed 7 of the 10 complaint reports or 70 percent," said the former Director of Civil Affairs at the Deputy Attorney General for Datun at the Attorney General's Office.
He also expressed his highest appreciation for this achievement. However, he reminded all Insan Adhiyaksa throughout Central Kalimantan in the coming political year to act neutrally and not easily used by certain parties, especially in handling corruption cases that harm one party.
Regarding irregularities in the use of village funds, he emphasized to the regional prosecutor's office to prioritize prevention efforts by providing assistance and escort on the use of village funds involving the Intelligence and the Datun Sector.
"Continue to improve professionalism and integrity so that you can carry out your duties properly and correctly in accordance with existing rules and do not commit disgraceful acts," said Pathor Rahman.
