Man In Makassar Dragged By Waves On Tanjung Bayang Beach, Found In A Dead Condition
MAKASSAR - The man with the initials F died after being dragged by the waves in Tanjung Bayang Jalan Tanjung Bunga, Tamalate District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi.
"It is true that there was a man who drowned by the waves, it happened in the afternoon," said Tamalate Police Chief, Comr. Arif Arifuddin, confirmed by VOI, Monday, December 21.
The man F was dragged by the waves while swimming at Tanjung Bayang beach in the middle of extreme weather.
Previously, Firman and his friends played on the beach. F then swam from the shore and was dragged by a big wave into the middle of the sea.
South Sulawesi Police Police personnel who knew about the incident went straight to the location to start a search for Firman. As a result, F was found, but F's life was in a lifeless state after being under the waves of Tanjung Bayang beach.
"The victim died," said Police Commissioner Arif Arifuddin.
