Nadin Amizah Makes The Audience Of Crying Haru At A Happy Birthday Concert
JAKARTA - Nadin Amizah successfully held a Happy Birthday concert at the Senayan Basketball Hall, Jakarta, on Thursday, December 22. Held on Mother's Day, the concert succeeded in making the audience burst into tears thanks to the songs and theater performances performed,
At the concert, Nadin performed all the songs from the album Happy Birthday. Since the first appearance when Nadin performed the song "Kanyaah" while being carried by the mother's character, the emotions of the audience seemed to start to wake up.
The song Kanyaah herself is a form of gratitude and affection for her mother who always accompanies her in any condition. The lyrics of the song seem like a sincere prayer from a mother for her baby.
The audience's emotions also seemed even more eroded when Nadin hugged her mother along performing the song Bertut "containing Nadin's vent to her mother about what she had gone through in life. Every now and then, Nadin looks at the mother's face while stroking her cheek.
Then when Nadin performed the song Ingraining, the audience seemed to be unable to stop crying. The reason is, the song depicts loneliness because it can no longer be with loved ones.
Before performing the song, an old man who acted as Nadin's father with all black clothes and makeup appeared in the middle of the audience and looked for his son. He then went on stage and cried on the sofa. His face was cleared by Nadin while performing the song.
"Ah, it's really sad," said one of the spectators at the Festival area, wiping his tears. The voices of the audience who sang slowly turned into sobs.
The Happy Birthday concert is a concert celebrating Nadin Amizah's album with the same title that was released in 2020. At the concert, Nadin deliberately combined music with theaters and choreography so that the audience could feel a different experience.
