Providing religious THR is an obligation that must be carried out by employers to workers/laborers.Mangara continued, the religious THR is given to workers/laborers who have a continuous work period of one month or more. Then, workers/laborers who have a working relationship with employers based on an indefinite time work agreement or a certain time work agreement. The amount of religious THR is given to workers/laborers who have worked twelve months continuously or more, given one month's wages."Meanwhile, workers/laborers who have a continuous work period of one month but less than twelve months are given proportionally according to the calculation of the working period divided by 12 times one month of wages," he said.Furthermore, for workers/laborers who work based on a casual daily work agreement, the wages of one month are calculated as follows, namely workers/laborers who have a working period of 12 months or more. The one-month wage is calculated based on the average wage received in the last twelve months before religious holidays.Workers/laborers who have a working period of less than twelve months, one month's wages are calculated based on the average wage received every month during their tenure."For workers/laborers whose wages are determined based on the units of results, the wages of one month are calculated based on the average wages of the last 12 months before religious holidays," he explained. As for companies that determine the amount of the value of religious THR in work agreements, company regulations, collective work agreements, or habits that have been carried out greater than the value of Religious THR, THR is paid to workers/laborers in accordance with work agreements, company regulations, collective work agreements, or habits that have been carried out."Religious THR must be paid no later than seven days before religious holidays," he asserted.
