Head of the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Disparekraf) Andhika Permata said the New Year celebrations in Jakarta will be held at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) and six other locations.

"We see TMII as an icon of tourist destination in Jakarta and have just opened it. So, we activate TMII and thank God the response is very good," said Andhika, launching VOI, Thursday, December 22, 2022.

The New Year's Eve celebration event at TMII starts at 20.00 WIB, precisely on the cultural stage of Lake Archipelago.

Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono is scheduled to visit the location of the celebration.
