2022 Christmas Holidays And Provincial Anniversary, ASN Papua Provincial Government Holidays From 19-28 December

PAPUA - The Papua Provincial Government (Pemprov) appealed to all state civil servants (ASN) not to add the 2022 Christmas holiday. It is hoped that Papuan ASN will have a holiday in accordance with the circular so that services to the community will not be disrupted.

Head of the Papua Province Communication and Information Office, Jeri Yudianto, explained, based on a circular that had been issued for holidays and Christmas 2022 joint leave starting from Monday 19-25 December.

"Then we will continue on Monday (December 26) and Christmas the second day Tuesday (December 27), where the Papua Province Anniversary holiday Wednesday (December 28) is on collective leave again, and will enter on Thursday (December 29)," he said in Jayapura, Papua, Thursday, December 22, was confiscated from Antara.

For this reason, he said, it is hoped that ASN will not add to its own holiday time and enter according to the set time and immediately work to serve the public.

"Especially ASN in public service areas such as Regional General Hospitals (RSUD) are still regulated by the heads of respective regional apparatus organizations (OPD)," he said.

He explained that services are still running, including in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) which manages financial transactions following the existing regulations in banks.

Likewise, he continued, ASN in the IT field, e-government server managers continue to carry out their duties to maintain the quality of existing services.

Meanwhile, the Director of the Dok II Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Dr. Anton Mote, said that his party would carry out activities as usual, especially during the 2022 Christmas and 2023 New Year holidays, so that people would still get good health services.

"We are ready to provide services to the community for that, there is no need to worry, please come and seek treatment," he said
