A Former Female Boxer From England Was Sentenced To 16 Years In Prison For Being Proven To Have Killed Her Husband
JAKARTA - Former boxer Viviane Obenauf was sentenced to 16 years in prison after being found guilty of murder.
The Brazilian boxer was arrested in December 2020. At that time he was suspected of having a relationship with the death of her 61-year-old husband.
Obenauf's husband was found dead at their home in Switzerland in October 2020. The victim suffered serious injuries from blunt objects.

He became known to boxing fans in England after losing points to Irish star Katie Taylor in a major game at Manchester in 2016.
The former pro Matchroom Boxing is said to be competing in the super-weight and lightweight division. He later retired from the sport in 2019.
He has challenged three times for the title race and hung up his gloves with a record of 14 wins and six defeats to 20 fights.
After boxing, Obenauf works in the food and beverage industry before opening his own gym in Switzerland.
