4 West Java DPRD Members Called By The KPK Regarding Project Bribery In Indramayu

JAKARTA - Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators summoned four members of the West Java (West Java) DPRD. They were summoned regarding the alleged bribery project in the Indramayu Regency Government.

The four West Java DPRD members summoned by the anti-corruption commission were Dadang Kurniawan, Eryani Sulam, Lina Ruslinawati, and Hasbullah Rahmad.

They will be questioned as witnesses in completing the investigation file for member of the West Java DPRD for the 2014-2019 period Abdul Rozaq Muslim (ARM).

"The four of them will be examined as witnesses for the suspect ARM," said Acting KPK spokesman for prosecution Ali Fikri to reporters, Monday, December 21.

In addition, the KPK also summoned the Head of the Housing, Settlement Area and Land Service of Indramayu Regency, Suryono. He was also summoned for the same suspect, namely Abdul Rozaq Muslim.

It is known that the anti-corruption agency named Abdul Rozaq Muslim as a new suspect in the case that previously charged the former Regent of Indramayu Supendi.

In this case, Abdul Rozaq allegedly received funds amounting to Rp8,582,500,000 which was given by transferring to an account in the name of another person.

This determination is the development of a case that ensnared the former Regent of Indramayu Supendi, Kadis PUPR Indramayu Omarsyah, Head of Roads at the PUPR Indramayu Service Wempy Triyono, and a private person named Carsa.
