Gojek And Telkomsel Business Collaboration To Support The Digitalization Of MSMEs

JAKARTA - After announcing some time ago to invest in the ride-hailing service Gojek Indonesia, now Telkomsel has announced the new business initiatives of the two companies.

The initiative is known to target MSME players in the Telkomsel ecosystem, as well as Gojek driver partners. This initiative was carried out in order to strengthen the synergy value created by the two companies to encourage digitization and increase the productivity of informal sector actors who are the backbone of Indonesia's economic growth.

There are two main initiatives from the collaboration between Telkomsel and Gojek this time. First, support for more than 20 thousand Telkomsel reseller or outlet partners to digitize services, especially those that simplify the transaction process.

These Telkomsel reseller partners are now part of the GoShop service on the Gojek platform, hereby Gojek users can buy various Telkomsel service products such as starter packs, physical vouchers, and bundling device programs.

Furthermore, the second initiative is to support the productivity of Gojek driver partners through the Telkomsel Swadaya Package, tailored to the needs of Gojek driver partners.

This Telkomsel Swadaya Package provides various options for Gojek driver partners, with packages worth starting from IDR 25,000 which includes bonus data quota from 3GB to 20GB, unlimited calls and free 500 SMS to fellow Telkomsel numbers, to free access to the Gojek (Driver) application. The Telkomsel Swadaya Package can be accessed by Gojek driver partners through the Gojek (Driver), MyTelkomsel, and UMB applications * 168 * 455 #.
