Employees Of Total Fresh Fruit His Co-workers Because They Are Not Loaned Rp250 Thousand For Automated Motorbuses

TANGERANG - South Tangerang Police Chief, AKBP Sarly Sollu revealed the motive for the murder of fellow employees of Total Buah Segar which occurred at a rented house on Astek Lekong Gudang Street, Serpong, South Tangerang, Saturday, December 17.

Sarly explained, between the victim and the perpetrator there was a previous commotion. The perpetrator borrowed money from the victim in the amount of Rp. 250 thousand to pay off his debt and redeem his parents' motorbike which he pawned.

The victim was upset because he borrowed 250,000 in cash, not given by the victim. Borrowing money to the victim for the purpose of paying off the debt or also redeeming his father-in-law's motorbike which he pawned," said Sarly to reporters, Monday, December 19.

However, the victim refused to provide loan assistance to the perpetrator. As a result, SP was annoyed and decided to kill the victim. But before killing, continued Sarly, the victim had time to reflect on the actions he would take next.

"Then he returned to his room, and there he counted and thought. Do he have to kill to get the property that is in the victim or not. (Finally) give him a break to kill the victim and return to his room," he said.

Then, still said Sarly, the perpetrator approached the victim in his room and pretended to borrow a bag. Arriving in the room, the perpetrator immediately strangled the victim until he ran out of breath.

"After being killed, the suspect took his belongings in the form of a wallet belonging to the victim, an Oppo brand cellphone, then a gold leg bracelet, then a gold bracelet," explained Sarly.

After taking the victim's belongings, the perpetrator kept them in his room, not far from the victim's room because it was still in one mess.

However, the crime was finally revealed, after the victim's superior checked the location of the incident. Then report to the Serpong Police.

The police, who received the report, immediately investigated until they finally found clues in the form of faults rather than the victim's nails. In addition, examining several witnesses, including SP.

"Then the nail fractures and other available evidence, then we can identify that one of the witnesses we examined, based on the instructions and evidence, is very appropriate, namely the initials SP," he said.

Based on these instructions, the police conducted fingerprints on witnesses at the scene. Finally, the SP was raised from witness to suspect.

The perpetrator was charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code and or Article 365 of the Criminal Code.

"The threat of death or life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years in prison," he concluded.
