The termination was carried out for investigative purposes related to the incident of the decline in the work locomotive train.
As is known, the work locomotive train fell on the KCJB project, Cempaka Mekar Village, Padalarang, West Bandung on Sunday, December 18.
Responding to this, the President Director of KCIC, Dwiyana Slamet Riyadi, said that he would follow the government's direction, in this case from the Ministry of Transportation, for further steps.
"We will carry out all directions from the Ministry of Transportation," he told VOI, Monday, December 19.

Currently, said Adita, the Directorate General of Railways (DJKA) has deployed personnel to identify the incident.

The location of the incident is the location of KCJB's Track Laying on the DK 102+309 line. This facility is a facility owned by PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia-China (KCIC) and is used for the construction of rail lines and is not a means or train that will be used to transport passengers.
For this incident, it was recorded that six workers were victims.
In detail, two people died, two were seriously injured, and two were slightly injured.
