Cerita Ganjar Temani Istri Lari UGM Ultra 73K Untuk Amal
JAKARTA - In the morning, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo had stood on the side of the Kilometer Zero Point road or the intersection of the Yogyakarta Post Office. He was warming up and wearing a blue dominant sports shirt that reads UGM Ultra 73K Charity Run.
Ganjar is welcoming Atikoh, his wife who took part in a charity run with hundreds of other runners, in the context of the 73rd Anniversary of Gadjah Mada University (UGM) Yogyakarta.
Atikoh started at 01.00 WIB from KM 36.5. Ganjar, who kicked him, also ran about nine kilometers, together to finish at the UGM Campus complex.
This running event aims to collect donations. The donation will be distributed to outstanding students from underprivileged families, in order to support lectures on the UGM campus.
"So later among them will be assisted by those who want to donate. Hopefully, many donors will donate," said Ganjar in his statement, Monday, December 19.
Ganjar said that Kagama often performs social actions that are packaged with healthy sporting events. Not only to help underprivileged students, Ganjar said these UGM alumnus also often raise donations for the recovery of natural disasters.
Meanwhile, Atikoh was happy to be able to help students in need. In addition, Atikoh was also happy because the route that was traversed was exciting.
"It's fun to date, if I take part in the start from KM 36.5, starting at 1 pm Yogya's condition at 1 pm is busy, so it's fun, and every 12.5 (kilometers) stop with WS (Water Station) and pray in the middle of the road," he said.
Atikoh hopes that there will be more concern for fellow students and their education. He also invited members of Kagama not to get tired of sharing.
"Hopefully more people will be moved, participate in sports, and share with others. Because our philosophy is running to share," he said.
For information, Ganjar and Atikoh are often seen running together to raise donations. Most recently, both of them followed Road To Run Against Cancer (RAC) to help cancer survivors.
