Hundreds Of Brong Exhaust Motorcycles Caged By The Police And The Solo Sparta Team
SOLO - The warning from the Surakarta Police Chief, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, to ground a motorcycle with a brong void was proven.
The Surakarta Traffic Police Team assisted by the Sparta Team (the Surakarta Guard) raided the brong exhaust motorbike on Jalan Slamet Riyadi, Solo, Saturday, December 19 evening.

In previous raids, Satlantas managed to secure nearly 500 exhausted motorbikes. Motorists who drive a vehicle with a noisy exhaust are subject to a ticket and motorbike is detained until the replacement of the manufacturer's standard exhaust
Based on the Law on Traffic and Road Transportation number 22 of 2009 article 285, it is stated that every person driving a motorbike on a road that does not meet the technical and roadworthiness requirements includes rearview mirrors, horns, headlights, brake lights, directional lights, reflecting devices. light, speed gauges, exhaust and tire groove depth are fined a maximum of Rp. 250 thousand or 1 month imprisonment.

This evening's activities were carried out by the police regarding copyright conditions ahead of Christmas 2020 and New Year 2021.
"Ensure that Christmas 2020 and New Year 2021 are safe, peaceful and healthy, the Surakarta Police will hold raids on brong exhausts, concentrated operations, large-scale joint military-police patrols and justisi operations," said AKP Yulianto.
