The North Sumatra Police Chief Calls The National Police Must Improve HR Because Tasks Are Increasingly Complex

JAKARTA - The Head of the North Sumatra Regional Police (Kapolda) Inspector General of Police RZ Panca Putra Simanjuntak said that in facing increasingly complex task challenges, the National Police must continue to increase human resources (HR).

"With the strengthening of the capacity of the North Sumatra Police HR based on the Marketing approach 5.0, it is hoped that it will be able to accelerate access to services to the community," said Inspector General Panca Putra, in his remarks at the Seminar on Strengthening the Capacity of Police HR based on Marketing 5.0 approach, in the Tribrata Hall of the North Sumatra Police Headquarters, Medan, Saturday.

"A total of 60 percent of the enthusiasm to provide services to the community, especially ahead of the 2024 General Election," he also said, quoting Antara, Sunday.

The Kapolda added that all personnel in the North Sumatra Regional Police were eager to devote themselves to providing the best service.

"In order to realize the Police Precision and become a precise police officer: predictive, resposibility, and fair transparency," said Panca again.

The North Sumatra Regional Police Deputy Brigadier General Dadang Hartanto and the main officials at the North Sumatra Regional Police were also present at the event.
