MK Receives 40 Simultaneous Election Lawsuits Application 2020 From Bandar Lampung To Raja Ampat
JAKARTA - The Constitutional Court (MK) has received as many as 40 requests for dispute over general election results (PHPU) Pilkada Simultaneously.
On Wednesday, December 16, the submissions were the results of the election for the regents of Kaimana and Central Lampung. Then on Thursday, December 17, the submissions were the results of the election for the regents of Rembang, West Sumba, Belu, Raja Ampat, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir.
Then Pangandaran, Kotawaringin Timur, Sekadau, Taliabu, South Halmahera, Banggai, Ogan Komering Ulu, Konawe Islands, Karo (2 cases), Bulukumba and Musi Rawas Utara.
Meanwhile, today, Friday, December 18, the petition received by the Constitutional Court came from the election results for the regents of Aru Islands, South Labuhanbatu, Pesisir Barat, Mamberamo Raya, South Sorong, Konawe Selatan, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan.
Then East Halmahera, South Sorong, Purworejo, Tojo Una-Una, Teluk Wondama, Pahuwato, East Halmahera, Malacca, Lingga and South Tapanuli.
Next, the disputed mayoral election results to the Constitutional Court are Magelang, Bandar Lampung, Tidore Kepulauan and Banjarmasin.
Submission of requests for disputes over the results of regent and mayor elections can still be made until December 29, 2020, while for governors until December 30.
After that, the next stage is the revision of the application and the preliminary examination is scheduled to take place on 26-29 January 2020 and the trial examination on 1-11 February 2020.
