JAKARTA - Former Head of Subunit I Sub-Directorate III of the Directorate of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, Irfan Widyanto, said that Chuck Putranto, Korspri Ferdy Sambo at that time, had asked him to hand over the CCTV DVR of the Police Complex security post, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

He testified for the defendants Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatra.

Regarding the request for CCTV DVR by Ferdy Sambo's subordinates, it began when Irfan and the defendant Agus Nurpatra were at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

At that time, he was ordered by Agus to secure CCTV at the house of the former Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Ridwan Soplanit. Irfan also made the order.

Next, he decided to separate and leave Agus Nurpatra. When he was about to leave the Police Complex, Irfan met Chuck Putranto.

"After separating from Pak Agus, I left the complex. But previously in front of Pak Sambo's house I met Mr. Chuck," said Irfan

"In front of his house?" asked the judge.

"At Pak Sambo's house. From Mr. Ridwan's house, I planned to go straight out but in the middle of the trip I met Mr. Chuck," answered Irfan.

During the meeting, Chuck was said to have questioned his intentions and the purpose was around the location where Brigadier J died.

Irfan also explained that he was ordered to secure CCTV footage. At that time, Chuck asked him to hand over the CCTV DVR when it was conditioned.

"When I met Pak Chuck, I asked me 'where do you want to be fostered?' I said 'ordered to secure CCTV, bro'," said Irfan imitating the conversation at the time.

"Did you say where you were?" asked the prosecutor.

"I didn't say where I was, I just kept saying it like that and then Chuck replied 'yes, I'll give it to me later'," said Irfan.

"So sir... tell me when it's finished, give it to me?" asked the prosecutor emphasizing.

"Ready," said Irfan.
