Because The Parking Rate Was Not Given, The Truck Driver Was Beaten By Two Thugs Of The Cipondoh Lake Project
TANGERANG - The police have arrested two perpetrators suspected of beating the security of the Cipondoh Lake Project, Yandi Saputra (39).
Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho said the incident occurred on Jalan KH Hasyim Ashari, Cipondoh, Tangerang City, Tuesday, December 13, at 23.30 WIB.
The incident began when the two perpetrators, MI (24) and T (51), wanted to take parking money from the project holder. However, it is reported that the money has been given to the truck driver for transporting Lake Cipondoh's goods project.
After the perpetrator met the truck driver and asked for parking money, the driver could not give it.
"The two perpetrators immediately went to the victim angrily, saying that the victim had taken parking money, until a verbal argument broke out," Zain said in his statement, Wednesday, December 14.
Zain assessed that the two perpetrators could not control their emotions until they finally beat the victim. As a result, Yandi suffered injuries to the face.
"The victim suffered injuries and bruises on the face," he said
The victim went to the Cipondoh Police Station for the incident to report what happened.
Based on the report, the police immediately moved quickly to the location and managed to secure the two perpetrators on Wednesday, December 14, at 01.00 WIB.
"The perpetrator was arrested on Wednesday, December 14," he said.
For their actions, the two perpetrators were charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code with a maximum imprisonment of seven years.
