Seeing How ELTE Mobile Works And Violations Can Be Recorded
YOGYAKARTA - ELTE mobile or electronic ticketing cameras was officially implemented by Polda Metro Jaya on Tuesday (13/12). Previously, ELTE Mobile had been tested in Jakarta since early December.
ELTE mobile mobile is an electronic ticketing camera attached to a police patrol car that serves to record traffic violations. This electronic ticketing camera is mounted on the roof of the car. Its position is in the support section of the rotator light.
The camera helps make it easier for the police to catch traffic violations. The police will travel around protocol roads and roads in Jakarta using patrol vehicles using cars installed by ELTE Mobile.
The police on duty can directly see the camera catch shows through additional monitors posted on the dashboard. ELTE Car is equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) equipment.
This electronic ticketing camera can function to detect a number of violations, such as odd-even, non-motor wearing a helmet, going against the current, not obeying the road margin, using a cellphone while in a vehicle, not wearing a seat belt, and others.
The police revealed that the use of mobile ETLE is more dynamic than static ETLE which lives in permanent locations. Polda Metro Jaya currently uses 57 static ELTE camera points and will be added 70 units next year.
ETLE mobile in a patrol vehicle allows the camera to take a closer look or face-to-face with motorcyclists who violate traffic. ETLE mobile cameras can also be carried by officers via devices such as cell phones.
ELTE mobile works automatically and can catch violations that occur. Data owned by ELTE mobile will be sent to the bank office. Then officers at the head office will validate traffic violation data.
The officer then made a ticket confirmation letter to be sent to the house or address of the vehicle owner based on the license plate integrated vehicle registration. After the violator confirmed it, the officer would immediately send a ticket. Violators must follow the trial directly or pay to the bank that has been appointed in the ticket.
There are 10 types of traffic violations that can be subject to violations from electronic ticketing. Here are a number of these violations.
The function of a mobile ELTE is actually the same as static or ordinary ELTE. Both electronic cameras are used to record traffic violations. The difference between the two lies only in the place or position of the installation.
Static ELTE is only installed at strategic points on roads such as road intersections. Meanwhile, ELTE cars are installed in police officers' vehicles. ELTE mobile is more flexible in its movement because it can move from place to place. ELTE mobile can be used for patrol.
That is the explanation of the mobile ELTE that has been used by the police to facilitate the issuance of traffic violations. The existence of an electronic ticket camera makes it easier for the police to check violations. The violation must pay a fine at trial, because otherwise the STNK will be blocked.
