Fans Are Still Curious About Jared Leto's Acting In The Original Version Of Suicide Squad, David Ayer: Much Better
JAKARTA - DC fans are still disappointed with the presence of the Joker in The Suicide Squad, which was released in 2016. The reason is that many of the Joker scenes played by Jared Leto in the film were deleted.
Although Leto is called a bad actor in playing the Joker, director David Ayer assures fans that Leto actually looks better in the original version.
A fan asked David Ayer via Twitter. He wrote, "I know Jared Leto (performed) is better than the Suicide Squad theatrical cut, I just wanted to see it."
Ayer replied with, "Much better." Fans also asked Warner Bros. to release Suicide Squad Ayer Cut.

Previously, Ayer revealed that Suicide Squad, which was released in 2016, underwent a major editing process so that many Joker scenes were deleted. In fact, the results of this editing surprised David Ayer and Jared Leto.
DC fans are petitioning Warner Bros. to release Zack Snyder's version of Justice League as an alternative to the 2017 release. Warner Bros answered that wish.
Now, DC fans are doing the same thing so that David Ayer can release Suicide Squad Ayer Cut. They believe, uncut, Suicide Squad has a better story and the role of the Joker is not just a patch. But until now, David Ayer was reluctant to tell if there was any discussion about this.
Jared Leto certainly did not join Suicide Squad 2, directed by James Gunn. However, he took part in the production of Justice League Snyder Cut which will be released in March 2021.
