Ganjar Pranowo Accompanied By Gibran And Kaesang Antar Megawati-Puan Maharani Return To Jakarta

Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo released the return of PDI-P General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri and Puan Maharani to Jakarta at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Boyolali.

Megawati and Puan, went to Central Java to attend the invitation to the wedding of Kaesang Pangarep with Erina Gudono, at the Surakarta Mangkunegaran Temple.

Megawati and Puan went to the airport by the same car at around 14:15 WIB, Monday 12 December. Both were welcomed as well as goodbye from a number of PDI-P cadres.

Ganjar, who was at the very end of line number three before the Mayor of Solo, Gibran Rakabuming Raka and his younger brother Kaesang Pangarep, also paid tribute to Megawati and Puan.

Megawati seemed to have stopped talking briefly with Kaesang, who had just married. Then they, including Ganjar and Gibran, laughed.

"Yes, you can see right yesterday what I said yesterday, that all the cadres miss the General Chair (Megawati). So that today he came home almost all of them took him home. Earlier that Pupati, DPC, DPRD, Mayor, DPD, yes, everyone accompanied him," said Ganjar.

According to him, Megawati's arrival to Central Java was not only to fulfill the invitation to the wedding of President Joko Widodo's son, but also the momentum of the meeting with party cadres bearing the bull head.

"And of course his arrival is not just a invitation, but cadres can meet him. So, yesterday the same one who picked him up added more," he explained.

In fact, the white-haired politician said that almost all cadres in each region in Central Java wanted to be present to escort the return of the 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia.

"If it's not dammed, it wants to take everyone. Hopefully the flights will run smoothly," he added.

Even though there was a momentum to meet, Ganjar admitted that there was no special discussion with Megawati.

"Yes, goodbye, that's it," he said.
