'Dek Yosua Don't', Reject Putri Candrawathi Who Claims To Be Carryed By Brigadier J In Magelang
JAKARTA - Putri Candrawathi admitted that Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J tried to move her to a room on the second floor because she was weak while at Magelang's house, Central Java.
The testimony began when Putri told that her husband, Ferdy Sambo, left for Semarang to attend the Bhayangkara Anniversary, on July 4.
Then, he said that together with Susi, Brigadier J, and Strong Ma'ruf, he decided to return to Magelang's house.
Arriving at the house, Putri admitted that she was just resting. This is because the condition of her body is said to be starting to decline.
"The night I didn't travel because I was sick, then I took a break in the TV room while sitting in shock," Putri said during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, December 12.
At that time, Putri said that Brigadier J had tried to carry him twice. However, he always forbade it.
"Then Yosua's deck wants to lift me twice," he said.
"At the first time I picked up, I told Dek Yosua 'Don't, later when I'm strong, I'll go up myself'," continued Putri.
Even with the second attempt, Putri said that she forbade Brigadier J to carry his body to be moved to the upper room.
Until finally, Ferdy Sambo's wife said that she went up to the upper room together with Strong Ma'ruf and Susi.
In fact, it is said that he always accompanies him to rest in the room
"Furthermore, I was accompanied by Strong and Susi, after feeling kind of good, I went up. And that night I was accompanied by Susi to rest on top," said Putri.
Putri Candrawathi was presented as a witness for the defendants Bharada Richard Elieze, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf.
Meanwhile, the three of them in this case were charged with helping and supporting Ferdy Sambo's plans.
Thus, they are strongly suspected of violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
