Roblox Checks Two New Features, Can Import Phone Contacts Into Games

JAKARTA - Roblox launched two new features into the game that will make it easier to find and connect with friends on Roblox.

The two features mentioned by Garima Sinha, Roblox Senior Product Director via the Roblox blog are Contact Importers and Friends Recommenders.

With this feature, you can import your phone contacts by uploading contacts from your phone and matching those contacts with other users on Roblox.

To make it easier, this feature uses the same contact name stored on your device, so they can quickly recognize their friends on the Roblox platform.

For example, if you keep a number on your cellphone with the nickname "Brother", then the number will also appear as a "Brother" in the Roblox game when importing their contacts.

Just like the features on other social media, the Teman Recommendation feature on Roblox will provide a list of suggestions for people you may know and want to connect with Roblox.
