Various Trends Of Fashion 2023 Pamed By APPMI West Java Through Fashion Tendance

BANDUNG - After two years of pause, the Association of Indonesian Fashion Artists and Entrepreneurs (APPMI) of West Java closed 2022 by holding a Fashion Tendance live at the International Ballroom, Bandung, Thursday, December 9. More than 150 fashion displays are exhibited to provide an overview of the trend of the 2023-themed Affirmation mode.

"This fashion show is to provide a trend going forward, so that there is a synergy from all elements of fashion, referring to a trend that we are showing in this fashion show," said APPMI West Java Chairman Harry Ibrahim.

"Many people see Indonesia, they say it will experience difficult times in 2023. But I always have hope like a ray of a star. I'm trying to apply this," he explained.

Designer who cares about weaving craftsmen, Yurita Puji Consiten makes works with Indonesian original fabrics. "I combine traditional cloth with the concept of zero waste. Because weaving makes it long, so don't let anything be wasted. We make models adapted to the fabric motifs," he explained.

In addition to fashion entrepreneurs, this annual event was also attended by students majoring in the mode of Christian University Maranatha which featured the EVOLUSIA Fashion Show. Evaluation is used because it contains the meaning of change' (evolution) and light (llusion).
