The Ministry Of Home Affairs Has A Dukcapil ATM Machine That Can Print E-KTP Independently

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) launched a tool in the form of the Independent Dukcapil Pavilion (ADM) to print population documents. Like an ATM machine, this machine is expected to facilitate the affairs of people who are often troubled by blank vacancies.

The Director General of Dukcapil of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Zudan Arid Fakrulloh said, ADM is a service place for the public to print various dukcapil documents, ranging from electronic ID cards, birth certificates, family cards, child identity cards (KIA), to death certificates.

"This innovation is specially designed so that people can print documents quickly, easily, for free and of the same standard without discrimination," Zudan was quoted as saying in his press statement, Monday, November 18.

There are 3 engine models prepared by the Ministry of Home Affairs Dukcapil, but they have the same function. To do this, people who want to print population documents come to Disdukcapil first to register or request ADM access.

After the requirements are met, the public will receive a PIN via SMS and QR (quick response) code via email. Then with a PIN and QR Code, he can print the required population documents himself.

"If it is registered, the PIN or QR code will be valid for two years. For fear of being misused. In addition, to ensure there are still people or not," said Zudan.

Zudan said, although this tool is very much needed and makes it easier for the community, the Ministry of Home Affairs does not require each region to have this tool. However, the procurement of this machine will be included in the e-catalog next year.

"Many are already willing to buy. I am sure that regional heads who want to provide the best service for their people will need this tool. There is no mandatory direction," explained Zudan.

Apart from being finalized the procedure, the Ministry of Home Affairs is preparing an application so that people don't even need to go to the Dukcapil to request access using an ADM machine. The hope is, just register via the application and then print it at the nearest ADM machine.

"The Directorate General of Dukcapil is preparing the application. In the future, all you need to do is use the application. If the e-KTP is lost, upload the lost letter and other documents, come to ADM, print it," he concluded.
