Come On! Kylian Mbappe Assessor Exercise Ahead Of England's Opponent

JAKARTA - French national team striker Kylian Mbappe missed the training session four days before facing England in the 2022 World Cup quarter-finals.

The top scorer at the Qatar World Cup was in the recovery room on Tuesday, December 6, as his team-mate trained at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

Mbappe had problems with an ankle injury before the tournament started in Qatar. However, the injury did not interfere much in the group stage.

The Paris-Saint Germain player shows no signs of being hampered. Evidenced by five goals in the four games he played. Mbappe is now in pole position to claim the Golden Boot.

Mbappe scored two incredible goals in France's 3-1 win over Poland in round 16 last Sunday. He also scored twice as Les Bleus won over Denmark.

He also scored in France's first win at the 2022 World Cup against Australia.

In addition to goals, Mbappe has also provided two assists for the defending champion.

Al Bayt Stadium will be the venue for the match between France and England. Gareth Southgate's team qualified after beating Senegal 3-0, while France kicked Poland out.
