In The Case Of The TNI For Rent To Kill The Wife's Life, 4 Of The Perpetrators Began To Be Diadili At The Semarang District Court
Four executors of attempted murder of Rina Wulandari (34), wife of a member of the Indonesian Army (AD) in Semarang, began trial at the Semarang District Court (PN).
Public Prosecutor (JPU) Gilang Prama Jasa said the four defendants were ordered by the victim's husband, namely the late Corporal Two (Kopda) Muslimin.
The four executions of the attempted murder were each Sugiono alias Babi, a resident of Demak Regency, Ponco Aji Nugroho, a resident of Semarang, Supriyono alias Sirun, a resident of Semarang, and Agus Santoso alias Gondrong, a resident of Magetan Regency.
In his indictment, the prosecutor explained that the attempted murder began with the request of Kopda Muslimin for the defendants to kill his wife.
Muslimin admitted that he did not feel at home with his wife and made an offer to kill with a wage of Rp120 million.
"The offer was then agreed upon by the defendants Agus Santoso and Sugiono," he said in a trial chaired by Chief Judge Yogi Arsono at the Semarang District Court, Tuesday, December 6, which was confiscated by Antara.
To launch the action, the defendant Agus Santoso then bought a gun along with six bullets at a price of Rp. 3 million.
The assassination attempt on Rina Wulandari was carried out by the four defendants on July 18, 2022, in front of the victim's house on Jalan Cemara III, Banyumanik, Semarang City.
In the crime, the defendant Sugiono as the executor in charge of shooting the victim opened two shots into Rina Wulandari's stomach.
The perpetrators who received direct orders from Muslimin via cell phone communication were ordered to shoot the head, after the first shot hit the stomach only.
From the execution of the attempted murder, said Gilang, the perpetrators were Sugiono Ponco Aji Nugroho, and Supriyono each received a share of Rp. 24 million, while the defendant Agus Santoso received Rp. 30 million.
The actions of the defendants were charged with Article 340 of the Criminal Code regarding premeditated murder.
On the charge, the four defendants who underwent trial online would not submit a response and asked for the trial to continue with evidence.
