Kabareskrim Ready To Give Information About The Death Of FPI Laskar If Needed By Komnas HAM

JAKARTA - The Head of Criminal Investigation of the National Police, Komjen Listyo Sigit Prabowo, said that he was ready to provide information to Komnas HAM regarding the shooting case of six members of the Special Laskar for the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) guarding Rizieq Shihab.

"Ready (to provide information), if Komnas HAM is needed," said Komnas HAM in a press release in Jakarta, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, December 16.

This is in accordance with the commitment of the National Police to reveal this case in a professional, transparent and objective manner. "Because from the start we wanted transparent investigations," said Sigit.

Previously, Komnas HAM had sent a letter to the Head of Criminal Investigation and Police of the Republic of Indonesia asking for information about the autopsy process for the six corpses of FPI Laskar.

This summons is intended to ask for information from the forensic doctor who handled the autopsy of the FPI Laskar body.

It is known that on Monday, December 7, there was a shootout incident between the police and the FPI Laskar guarding the FPI leader Rizieq Shihab in Karawang, West Java, which resulted in the death of six members of the FPI Laskar.
