Reporter Of Syur's Video Don't Want To Problem If Gisel's Suspect Status Is SP3
JAKARTA - The exciting video case involving artist Gisella Anastasia or commonly known as Gisel and Michael Yukinobu or Nobu has not been heard for a long time. The video was reported by a lawyer, Pitra Romadoni, to the Polda Metro Jaya in November 2020. Pitra is also a figure who asked Gisel to apologize to the public when exciting videos spread.
Two years later, Pitra opened his mouth again about the report. Having clashed with Gisel, Pita admitted that he had now forgiven Gading Marthen's ex-wife.
"Yes, we have forgiven that. Never mind, peace, peace. Moreover, she is a woman," said Pitra Romadoni when met by media crews at the North Jakarta District Court, Thursday, December 1.
Personally, Pitra stated that he had forgiven Gisel, but he handed it over to the police if the exciting video case was to be further developed by investigators. "We will leave the process to the investigators," he said.
Regarding the news that the investigation into the exciting video case had been SP3 (dismissed), Pitra refused to comment further. "Yesterday, I also communicated with cyber investigators from the Polda Metro Jaya a few weeks ago. (SP3) Asked to investigators only," he replied.
With the court's guilty of spreading exciting videos, Pitra assessed that the case from his report had been completed. However, regarding the possibility of further investigation of Gisel, who was once named a suspect, he once again handed it over to police investigators.
"The first thing we report is the spreader. The spreader has already been convicted, what else? If investigators want to develop, that is the investigator's authority. In accordance with my police report, what I report is the disseminator's account, regardless of the investigator's development, that's the investigator's authority," he concluded.
