Having A DBH Debt Of Rp28 Billion When Acting As Regent Of Purwakarta, Dedi Mulyadi Ready Touh Personal Check: It's OK I'm Poor
DPR member Dedi Mulyadi is ready to pay a profit-sharing fund (DBH) debt of Rp28 billion which was not paid while serving as Regent of Purwakarta, West Java, although in the provisions it is the obligation of the Purwakarta Regency Government.Dedi Mulyadi said that he was ready to be financially responsible if it was necessary to pay off the district government's debt."But if the debt has to be paid privately, even though it's not allowed because it's state money, I'm ready for all the assets I have I give to the local government. It's okay, I'm poor, the important thing is that my life doesn't lose money, ” he said by telephone, in Purwakarta, Antara, Friday, December 2nd.Hal tersebut diungkapkan setelah dalam beberapa hari terakhir beredar video viral Bupati Purwakarta Anne Ratna Mustika yang menyebut mantan Bupati Purwakarta Dedi Mulyadi memiliki utang sebesar Rp28 miliar. Anne menyebut utang tersebut merupakan DBH yang tidak dibayar oleh Dedi Mulyadi selama dua tahun. In the video circulating on a number of social media platforms, Anne admitted that she had paid the debt in her first year in office. However, after his household cracked he no longer wanted to continue the remaining payments.Related to this, Dedi Mulyadi met and asked for an explanation from competent parties to explain it to be more objective.“ This is not a household matter, but an aspect that concerns regional financial governance. Because what appears on the surface is not the husband, but the former regent,” he said.Dedi met with Purwakarta Secretary Norman Nugraha to explain the debt of Rp28 billion. “Incidentally when I was a regent, Norman served as Head of Regional Financial Planning," said Dedi.Norman explained that related to DBH's debt, it had gone through the balance sheet and audit mechanism of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). This has been recorded as a regional financial report in 2017 which states that the Purwakarta Regency Government has an obligation to the village related to DBH."When it is in the balance sheet, of course it is the local government's obligation to solve it," said Norman."Currently, of the total Rp28 billion, there is a debt of Rp19.7 billion after payment was made by the local government," he said."Hopefully 2024 can be paid because it is the obligation of the local government," he said.Dedi Mulyadi recounted the last year he served as Regent of Purwakarta in 2017.At that time, he realized that the following year the leadership would be continued by temporary officials who would automatically not use the budget optimally due to limited authority.According to Dedi, at that time he continued to boost development in Purwakarta so that there would be no remaining debt of development so that products while he was still in office could be enjoyed by the public, such as roads and various buildings.“Indeed, it has left the local government's debt, but in terms of economic calculations, the state will benefit. Because if development is carried out now, the price will use 2017, then the state will be paid 2018-2019 profiting because if development is shifted to that year, the price will be different,” he said.Although it has been explained in detail by the Secretary of the Purwakarta regarding the viral debt, Dedi is ready to be financially responsible if it is necessary to pay off.
