Artist and politician, Wanda Hamidah is back on the big screen through a romantic comedy genre film, Naguh Janji Cinta. Being in a yellowrat family, Wanda plays Rahayu, the wife of Raden Mas Cokrodiningrat (Sudjiwo Tejo) as well as the mother of Ajeng (Marsha Aruan) and Aryo (Deven Christiandi Putra).
Nagih Janji Cinta is Wanda Hamidah's first feature film, after becoming a finalist for Cover Girl in 1991, she started her career as a model and then penetrated acting. In the last 11 years, Wanda has been quite active in the world of acting, recorded at least 14 titles, both films, series and soap operas, which she has starred in.

If there is a public position, it is difficult to divide the time, but as long as there is no public office, everything can be balanced," Wanda Hamidah said on the sidelines of the press conference for the film Nagih Janji Cinta in Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Thursday, December 1.
Wanda Hamidah also talked about her political journey. After leaving the Nasdem Party some time ago, Wanda chose to join a new one, Golkar. He also felt more prosperous in the new party. "Alhamdulillah (more prosperous), God willing," he said.
In addition, Wanda also discussed the incident that happened to her some time ago. As is well known, Wanda is in dispute over the land for her family's house in the Cikini area. We are human beings as long as we live, there must be a trial. It's impossible not to exist. Later when we die, the trials will be finished," he said.
Regarding the disputes faced, Wanda said she would continue to strive. But as a human being, of course, we have to make efforts, especially when we have fighting power. We believe that amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, what is right is wrong is wrong, what is certain is that we are trying to achieve, that's important," he said.
"We make efforts, our efforts are finished, after our maximum efforts, we just put our trust in it. So just live it because the trials will not stop. If this is finished there will be more, this will be finished again," he concluded.
