A Concert In North Maluku Resulted In A Crowd, 10 People Including Fildan D'Star Were Examined By The Police
TERNATE - North Maluku Police investigators through West Taliabu Police examined 10 people as witnesses including singer Fildan Rahayu regarding a dangdut concert that presented D'Star 2019 alumni. This concert caused a crowd on Taliabu Island, a few days ago.
"They were questioned as witnesses because they were suspected of being involved in a concert performance which was then suspected of violating the instructions of the National Police because they caused a crowd during the concert," said Head of Public Relations of the Malut Police, AKBP Adip Rodjikan in Ternate, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, December 15.
Adip stated, of the 10 witnesses being questioned, including one dangdut singer management and the 2019 D'Star champion, Fildan Rahayu and the organizers.
In addition, during the interrogation, the investigators summoned the West Taliabu Island Sub-district Head, two police officers, two civilians. Two organizers were also summoned, one invited guest, one management for the dangdut singer and singer Fildan Rahayu.
He said, although the police had examined 10 witnesses, until now they had concluded that the examination of those who were considered negligent in being responsible for the concert would be given sanctions in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
The concert, which presented the 2019 D'Star champion in Taliabu Island Regency, was suspected of violating health protocol, because in addition to not obeying the National Police's instructions, the concert also violated the COVID-19 protocol, because it made a crowd.
Meanwhile, related to the presence of the Regent of Pulau Taliabu Aliong Mus at the concert of artist Fildan Rahayu, the Head of Public Relations admitted that the regent at the concert was the person invited by the organizer, so there are no plans to be examined.
