Bareskrim Will Check Jasa Marga About CCTV Behind FPI Laskar Case Attacking Police

JAKARTA - Bareskrim Polri has scheduled an examination of Jasa Marga to study the CCTV cameras installed on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road. This examination was also related to the chronology of the attack on the six special army guards of Rizieq Shihab.

"So investigators have scheduled an examination of Jasa Marga," Brigadier General Andi Rian, Director of General Crimes at Bareskrim Polri, told reporters, Tuesday, December 15.

The plan, said Andi, is that investigators will schedule this week. However, it is not certain who will be asked for information from Jasa Marga.

"If possible, Thursday, Thursday. (The party being examined) It depends on the availability," he said.

Andi said that the investigators would investigate several things, one of which was the CCTV that was damaged at the time of the incident. Even before the incident occurred, CCTV cameras were functioning normally along the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road.

"Yes, including that (CCTV was damaged). So it will be explored," he said.

Previously it was reported, PT Jasa Marga's Managing Director (Dirut), Subakti Syukur, denied that the CCTV information on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, especially at KM 50, was in a damaged condition.

"If then the CCTV was reportedly damaged, it's actually not. Our CCTV is all functioning," said Subakti at the Komnas HAM Office, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Monday, December 17.

According to him, the disturbance that occurred to 227 CCTVs was not due to death but was disrupted due to weather factors.

"CCTV continues to function but data transmission is interrupted on 23 CCTVs from KM 48, 49, to 72. That is only the one in the temporary lane, all of the ones at the previous gate are there," he said.

Even so, he confirmed that no footage had been taken via 23 CCTV. "But there are others. Outside the 23, so many hours, so many hours from 04.50 or 05.00 until the next day," said Subekti.

"The data at 23 points were not sent. There was no recording," he added.

Meanwhile, when asked about this disturbance, Subekti was reluctant to explain in detail. However, he considered that this might happen. Moreover, it was raining at that time.
