The bailiff of the Central Jakarta District Court, Musthafa Fahmi, said that this execution was carried out based on the decision that had been determined by the Inkracht. Despite the resistance or legal remedies, the execution continued.

"Today we are carrying out the execution, we are not included in the case anymore because the decision is already inkracht and we have to carry out this decision," Fahmi told reporters, Tuesday, November 29. Meanwhile, the citizens' attorney, Anthony said that the lawsuit process was still ongoing since 2018. However, at the end of 2018 there was a Decree (SK) regarding the cancellation of the plaintiff's certificate. "The decree was down which stated that the plaintiff's certificate was invalid or canceled. This means that, from 2018 until now, it has been canceled, announced, it was also announced in the cemetery.
