An Elderly Person Is Found Commuting On The Bintaro Permai IV Train Track
JAKARTA - An elderly man named Asri Buyung (72) was found dead floating on the crossing of the Pesanggrahan railway, South Jakarta, precisely on Jalan Bintaro Permai IV.
The Head of Pesanggrahan Police, Kompol Nazirwan, confirmed the incident. He said that the incident was discovered at around 20.00 WIB, Monday, November 28.
The victim is thought to have died from being hit by a train, his body was found on the edge of the railroad tracks which were inundated by high rainfall.
"Yes, it was true what happened, from the testimony of witnesses and checking the crime scene (TKP) and the condition of the victim's injuries due to a train collision. Found on the edge of the rail," Nazirwan said in a short message, Tuesday, November 29.
"The water is high in position, the flood. The victim (floating) on the edge of the rail," he continued.
The victim's body was then taken to Fatmawati Hospital, South Jakarta.
The victim was injured on his back due to a hard impact. (Now) he is with his family at Fatmawati Hospital," he concluded.
