Not Wearing A Mask During The Session, Nikita Mirzani Was Reprimanded By The Panel Of Judges

The trial of the alleged defamation case with the defendant Nikita Mirzani was again held on Monday, November 28 at the Serang District Court (PN). The trial took place with the agenda of the Public Prosecutor's Response (JPU) to the exception from Nikita Mirzani's side which was read out last Monday.

Similar to the previous two trials, the artist who is often called Nyai came to the court wearing fashionable clothes. Nikita wore all black clothes with skirts.

When Nikita arrived at the trial and sat before the judge, Chief Judge Dedy Ari Saputra immediately opened the trial. Then the Chief Justice reminded the visitors in the courtroom to maintain order.

Because there were several people who underwent trial without masks, including Nikita Mirzani, Dedy Ari Saputra also reminded litigants to wear masks.

"This is because the situation is still a pandemic, please the Public Prosecutor and legal advisor and for the defendant (Nikita Mirzani) wear his mask," said Chief Justice Dedy Ari Saputra during a trial at the Serang District Court, Monday, November 28.

The Chief Justice also asked Nikita whether she had a mask or not.

"Is there a mask or not?" asked the Chief Justice of the Panel of Judges. I don't have one, replied Nikita.

However, Nikita Mirzani's legal advisor who has a mask gives her client more masks. Nikita also walked before the legal advisor and returned to sit in front of the panel of judges.

After wearing a mask, the Chief Justice also said that Nikita could remove her mask at any time. "Later, if, for example, it's just a turn to talk or something, it can be removed (the mask)," said the Chief Judge.
