Investigation Of 3 Bodies Enveloping With Mobiled HANDs Stopped, Kupang Duga Police Due To Landslides

NTT - Kupang Police suspect that three siblings drowned during archery activities so that their bodies were found in the waters of Bolok Village, West Kupang District, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).

"It is suspected that he drowned during the fish arrow. But the victim's body was taken by his family on Sunday (November 26) yesterday," said Kupang Police Chief AKBP FX Irwan Arianto, Monday, November 28, confiscated by Antara.

The three bodies found floating with their hands wrapped in rope were Devrit Pu'ay (32) and Ardi Pu'ay (22) whose address is in Liliba Village, Kupang City, and Nino Marten Puay (35) who came from Kupang Regency.

Irwan said that this case was no longer continued to the investigation process because the family refused to have the three bodies autopsied.

"Yesterday after being autopsied, the family immediately took the bodies of the three victims who were suspected of drowning," he said.

He suspected that the three residents who were found dead were previously engrossed in diving to shoot fish, so they were not aware that the water had tided and the victims could not swim further so they drowned.

According to police reports, when the three victims were evacuated, the nylon plastic rope was blue and green with a diameter of about 0.5 cm to the shoreline.

Based on the results of an external post-mortem, the Forensic Doctor of Bhayangkara Hospital Kupang, dr. Eddi Hasibuan explained that victim Ardi Frenki Puay suffered abrasions and bruises on the left neck, bruises on the left chest, and abrasions on the lower abdomen.

Furthermore, the victim, Nino Marten Puai, bleeding through both ears, nose and mouth due to water in the lungs.

Meanwhile, the victim Defrit Puai suffered abrasions on the left, a scar on the neck, bleeding through his nose, mouth and two ears because he had water in his lungs.
