Pertamina's Consumer Who Hit The Head Of The Gas Station Officer Finally Apologized
TANGERANG After successfully arresting the man who beat the gas station officers in Tanah Tinggi, Tangerang, the police officers gathered both parties for mediation.
Tangerang Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugoroho said that after the beating, the two parties accompanied by their respective families met at the Tangerang Police Station. Then they agreed not to proceed to the legal process.
It is known that the perpetrator, initial D (25), beat the victim, because he was annoyed because the money was lacking.
"Both parties also agreed to make peace and not continue the incident. This means that they forgive each other and want to be at Restorative Justice," Zain said in his statement, Monday, November 28.
Zain reminded the public, especially perpetrators, if they experienced a similar incident, not to solve the problem by using violence.
"Obviously this incident should be regretted, it should not have happened. If there is a problem, it can be resolved, not violence," he said.
Meanwhile, D as the perpetrator admitted that he regretted his actions. He also admitted that he did this on the basis of a mistake.
"I really spontaneously did that and will not repeat the act in the future. I'm sorry," he concluded.
After the two agreed to peace, the perpetrator was allowed to return to his house and promised not to repeat his actions.
