The Ministry Of Home Affairs Of Cambodia Inspired By One Stop Integrated Service Innovation At The DKI Jakarta Public Service Mall
JAKARTA - Director General of Administration of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Cambodian Kingdom HE Prak Sam Oeun was inspired by the innovation of digital one-door integrated services (PTSP) at the DKI Jakarta Public Service Mall, especially the concept of Inter-Securing Motorized Permits (AJIB) service.
Prak in a press release from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Information and Documentation Management Officer, Saturday, said that AJIB services are very practical and make it easier for the public to apply for permits until they are completed.
"This AJIB service really inspired me," said Prak during a working visit to the DKI Jakarta Public Service Mall in Kuningan, South Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Saturday, November 26.
In addition to AJIB, Prak also appreciates all public services from the central and regional levels at the DKI Jakarta Public Service Mall which can be integrated online or digitally.
Starting from tax processing, passports, SIM services, STNK, investment services and non-license licensing services which are under the authority of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
The Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia is exploring the performance of such public service innovations in its country and has now been implemented through a "four-sided strategy" that focuses on four priorities, namely people, roads, electricity and water, with people as the first priority.
In the future, Prak will discuss further with his staff about AJIB and digitizing public services. He hopes that Cambodia can explore further cooperation on this matter with the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of DKI Jakarta.
The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government through the Investment Office and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) has received a working visit from officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Transparency International Cambodia and ActionAid Cambodia at the DKI Jakarta Public Service Mall.
Head of DKI Jakarta Provincial DPMPTSP Benni Aguscandra welcomed the working visit of officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Kingdom of Cambodia and its staff.
Benni displays various public service innovations implemented in Jakarta, such as licensing/non-license services, consulting/construction services, education services, Hajj, Umrah, and Islamic religious affairs services.
In addition, services for ministries/agencies, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD).
Through this working visit, Benny hopes that the two countries can continue to establish bilateral cooperation and learn various experiences, in providing public services to the community so that relations between the two countries are getting warmer and closer.
Benni said Prak Sam Oeun during his visit also talked about the former Cambodian King, the late Norodom Sihanouk, who during his lifetime loved to sing the song Bengawan Solo.
According to him, this is proof that Indonesia's close relationship with Cambodia has been closely established and has been so warm for a long time.
