JAKARTA - Amber Group co-founder Tiantian Kullander also known as "TT," died unexpectedly in his sleep on November 23. This news comes from the company's official website. Kullander is 30 years old and leaves behind a wife and a son.

In addition to co-founding Hong Kong-based Amber Group, TT sits on the board of esports company Fnatic and establishes KeeperDAO, a decentralized financial protocol that allows participants to trade, borrow and risk assets with the protection of bots extracted with mining value, before returning them to the public.

In an official statement, Amber Group noted that TT has devoted its heart and soul to the company, leading by setting an example with its intelligence, generosity, humility, perseverance, and creativity.

TT is a leader of widely respected and recognized thinking as a pioneer of this industry. The depth of his knowledge, his willingness to collaborate, and his desire to always help others benefit many startups and individuals. His insights and creativity inspired many projects, people and communities, "said spokesperson Amber Group.

Aiming to explore machine learning for trading, Amber Group started in 2015 as a side project for four traders, Kullander, Michael Wu, Wayne Huo and Tony He, as well as Bloomberg developer Thomas Zhu's Prison. They started working on the project in full in 2017.

Previously, Kullander worked on structured credit trading at Goldman Sachs and as a growing market trader at Morgan Stanley. In 2019, he was included in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, which recognized the brightest entrepreneurs, leaders, and young stars.

The community reacted to his loss on Twitter. Arthur Cheong, partner founder of DeFiance Capital, notes that "industry is losing a young, intelligent, and most importantly, a good soul."
